2. Click on the "File" menu and choose "Import and Export"

3. Click "Export to a File" and click "Next"

4. Check the "Favorites" box and click "Next"

5. Click "Next"

6. Click "Export"

7. Click "Finish"

After completing the export, open up your "My Documents" folder and you will see a file named "Bookmark.htm". This is the file that you need to backup to your network "T" drive or to a USB flash drive.
